Light Grey Moissanite Carved Floral Necklace (.50ct)

➣ Allow 1-2 weeks to process your order before shipping.
Please read the entire policies and FAQ's sections before ordering.

A light grey moissanite is set in a hand-carved floral prong setting, inspired by Art Nouveau floral motifs. Charles & Colvard discontinued the greys a couple years ago, so they are in extremely limited supply. We only have a handful for pendants, so grab one while you can!

On rare occasions, a natural grey hue can occur during the moissanite crystal growing process. These .50ct greys are very chameleon-like, changing from a very pale grey in some lighting to a deeper steel-grey in other lighting. To create more contrast, these greys look best in rose or yellow gold (they match and blend in too much with white gold). Some are eye-clean, while others have subtle micropiping inclusions, which occur naturally during the crystal growing process.

About Moissanite:

Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone which was first discovered over 100 years ago on a meteor that struck earth. Its high refractive index and light dispersion produce brilliance and fire not seen in other gems. Its incredible durability ranks second only to diamond -- even higher than sapphire or ruby. Moissanite's sparkle, durability, and ethical lab-creation make this stone the perfect diamond alternative. The grey hue is natural (not coated like other moissanite colors) and is no longer being created. Only a limited quantity remains, so grab one while you can!
